OLYMPIC Weightlifting training club and Group classes for Beginners, sport athletes, crossfitterS, and national athletes.


These 60-minute Olympic weightlifting classes are geared to improve mobility, strength, and power specific to the sport of Olympic weightlifting. Each class we will address snatch, clean, and jerk technique, develop raw strength, and improve functional fitness specific to weightlifting. This class is perfect for beginners, CrossFitters looking for additional weightlifting training, and competitive weightlifters of all ages and abilities.

Classes are done in a private, small-group setting to maximize your time with the coach who can provide individual attention throughout the class. Below is a sample workout:

Sample Workout:

  • Dynamic Warm Up (5 minutes)

  • Barbell Specific Warm-Up (5 minutes)

  • Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 4x3

  • No Foot Clean + Push Press 4x3

  • Front Rack Bulgarian Split Squat 4x6 paired with Weighted Plank 4x30 seconds

  • Lower Back and Core Work

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm - 8:30pm. First time attendees can sign up for a free trial any time.
