High-Intensity Strength and Fitness Classes
Build muscle, Burn Fat, and Get in the Best shape of your life. These 60-minute classes are for all fitness levels and abilities!
These 60-minute strength and functional fitness-based classes combine classic strength training with high-intensity fitness workouts to build strength, burn body fat, and improve fitness and health.
Classes are done in a private, small-group setting to maximize your time with the coach who can provide individual attention throughout the class. Below is a sample workout:
Dynamic Warm Up (5 minutes)
Glute and Core Activation Series (5 minutes)
Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat (5x5) paired with Eccentric Pull Up (5x5)
12-15 Minute High-Intensity Fitness Workout (includes bodyweight, kettlebells, etc)

Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00am - 7:00am. First time attendees can sign up for a free trial any time.
