About the Coach

Hi, I’m Mike Dewar. So of you may know me from my coaching channels on Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and functional fitness. Others may have seen my work with athletes at the college level. Either way, I love fitness, and I love helping others unlock their true potential both in the gym and in life.

I have over 10+ years working in athletics, CrossFit gyms, health centers, hospitals, and more: all of which have help me establish a movement, training, and fitness philosophy that helps beginners AND advanced lifters, continue to succeed.

My vision for FSF Workout App is to offer online members the same workouts I build for myself, my fitness athletes, and our teams looking to increase strength, build muscle, lose bodyfat, and do it… safely.
