Barbell Club Classes

Barbell club classes are offered to those looking to drop in.

Where: CrossFit Union Square (Basement, 1 Union Square W, New York, NY 10003, United States)
When: Tuesdays 8pm, Saturdays 12pm
How much: $20 drop in


Remote Coaching

An online program with 5-6 training sessions per week is available for weightlifters at the intermediate and advanced level (3+ months of lifting experience)
