With the 1-on-1 Combo Plan you'll get: 

  • Totally customized programming designed for your unique experience, abilities and goals.
  • Weekly checkups with your coach to discuss progress and adjust training.
  • No restrictions on the volume or frequency of contact between you and your coach
  • Monthly Combo Plan is $200/month and will NEED to be purchase by client every 4 weeks on a recurring basis to continue service, or upgrade to longer, discounted term (3 and 6 month).

  • Mike Dewar: Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology with Undergrad Minor in Nutrition and Science. 94kg Olympic weightlifter (116kg snatch, 135kg clean and jerk), Collegiate strength coach, and movement based personal trainer.
  • Nick De Freitas: Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Ex-Collegiate Athlete, 77kg Olympic weightlifter, Functional Movement Specialist.
