Program Details


This is the perfect training program to maximize fitness and health. This all-inclusive app based program comes with all needed video demos, workout trackers, and online coaching support you need. 

Workouts Per Week: 3

Level of Difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced (all exercises can be modified and progressed)

Primary Goals: Movement, Strength, Power, and Endurance

Special Notes: This training program is geared to maximize fitness, movement mechanics, and develop a better foundation for athletes and non-athletes alike. We use this as assistance training for our competitive weightlifters and CrossFit team members, as well as personal training clients and beginners.


Sample Workout

Warm Up

Complete 2 rounds of:

  • 30 Cal on Bike

  • 20 Cossack Squats

  • 10 Down Dog Push Up


10-minute EMOM

  • Min 1 - Snatch Deadlift with Pause below the Knee x 5 (RPE 7-8)

  • Min 2 - Eccentric Push Up x 5


Complete 4 rounds, one every 4 minutes

  • 10 Push Press (choose challenging weight)

  • 10 Inverted Row

  • 10 Burpee Over the Bar

High-Intensity Fitness WOD

12-minute AMRAP

  • 2-4-6-8-10-12-and so forth

  • Front Squat

  • Pull UP
