1-on-1 Personal Training
Our personal training sessions provide the most focused and effective coaching experience possible. Each session is built around your individual goals and current training level.
Your coach will guide you through a structured program designed to improve strength, movement quality, and overall performance.

Virtual 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Our virtual coaching sessions provide the same personalized guidance and structured training as our in-person coaching, delivered through live one-on-one sessions.
These sessions can be done from anywhere; your home gym, commercial gym, or wherever you prefer to train. During each session, your coach will guide you through your workout, provide technique feedback, adjust programming as needed, and ensure you’re progressing toward your goals.

All personal training sessions are 60 minutes and include individualized programming, technique coaching, and ongoing program adjustments.
Training packages are designed to support consistent weekly coaching and long-term progress.
1:1 Personal Training (In-Person)
Single Session = $185 per session
1x/Week (4-Pack) = $700
2x/Week (8-Pack) = $1360
3x/Week (12-Pack) = $1980
Packages are used at your preferred weekly training frequency.
Remote Coaching
Remote Coaching Only = $200 per month
