At J2FIT NYC, we offer premium 1-on-1 coaching designed around your individual goals, training experience, and schedule. Every program is built specifically for you and delivered through focused coaching sessions that prioritize proper training structure, progression, and long-term results.

Whether your goal is building strength, improving physique, learning Olympic lifts, or simply training with greater purpose, our coaching provides the expertise and accountability needed to get there.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Our personal training sessions provide the most focused and effective coaching experience possible. Each session is built around your individual goals and current training level.

Your coach will guide you through a structured program designed to improve strength, movement quality, and overall performance.

Sessions include:

  • Fully personalized strength training programs

  • Expert technique coaching and instruction

  • Structured long-term progression

  • Accountability and consistent feedback

This option is ideal for individuals who want professional guidance, efficient workouts, and the highest level of coaching attention.

Virtual 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Our virtual coaching sessions provide the same personalized guidance and structured training as our in-person coaching, delivered through live one-on-one sessions.

These sessions can be done from anywhere; your home gym, commercial gym, or wherever you prefer to train. During each session, your coach will guide you through your workout, provide technique feedback, adjust programming as needed, and ensure you’re progressing toward your goals.

Virtual coaching sessions include:

  • Live 1-on-1 coaching and instruction

  • Real-time technique feedback and adjustments

  • Personalized strength programming

  • Training sessions that adapt to your available equipment

This option is ideal for individuals who want expert coaching and accountability but prefer the flexibility to train from their own space.

Remote Coaching

For individuals who prefer to train independently but still want professional structure and programming, our remote coaching option provides a fully customized training plan built around your goals and schedule.

Remote coaching includes:

  • Fully individualized training programs

  • Progress tracking and structured progression

  • Direct communication with your coach

  • Program adjustments as you improve

This option is ideal for experienced lifters who want expert programming without in-person sessions.


PRICING

All personal training sessions are 60 minutes and include individualized programming, technique coaching, and ongoing program adjustments.

Training packages are designed to support consistent weekly coaching and long-term progress.

1:1 Personal Training (In-Person)

  • Single Session = $185 per session

  • 1x/Week (4-Pack) = $700

  • 2x/Week (8-Pack) = $1360

  • 3x/Week (12-Pack) = $1980

Packages are used at your preferred weekly training frequency.

Remote Coaching

  • Remote Coaching Only = $200 per month


Our Training Facility

J2FIT NYC coaching takes place at a private training facility located in the Union Square area of Manhattan. The space is equipped with everything needed for serious strength training and performance development. Equipment includes:
